The osteopathic procedure is aimed at restoring the mobility of the chest, restoring the elasticity of the lung tissue and stimulating the process of tissue oxygenation. Special osteopathic techniques affect the respiratory and accessory muscles involved in the breathing process, ligaments, the diaphragm, relief of chest pressure on the organs. All this contributes to increase in the vital volume of the lungs. It helps lungs to be fully filled with oxygen.

Dry Needling

When is comes  Dry Needling  treatment some questions might come up and be confusing. Let us clarify a few points which help to identify the speacialty of this treatment.

Is Dry Needling same as Acupuncture: Dry Needling works within the muscles. Needle is inserted into a muscle around your paint point to release tightness, ease inflammation and promote healing.

Acupunture: needles are inserted into acupuncture points along meridians (or energy pathways) that run along your body. But both use a very thin needle.

Does it hurt? Inserting of a needle does not hurt, a needle is very thin and flexible, so patient doesn’t feel it. But patient may feel soreness or muscle ache while the therapist is moving the needle to find the tight muscle spot and muscle will twitch sometimes.

What’s effect after and how long will result stay? You may feel  muscle soreness for 1-2 days after a treatment session and then the symptoms improvement. Pain relif effect vary individually for each patient, starting from several days onwards

Knee Pain

Knee Pain

If you feel pain and clicking in the knee joints, then it’s time to think and see a doctor. Experts identify several main reasons why the knees click when bent:

-Excessive exercise

-Clicking sounds may be due to joint instability. Muscles are poorly developed, which means hypermobility increases, a crunch occurs.

-Meniscus damage

-Consequences of trauma

In 80% of cases, the problem of the joints of the lower extremities (if there was no direct injury to the joint) is associated with dysfunctions of the pelvis, and the problem of the joints of the upper extremities is associated with dysfunctions of the chest and cervical spine.

The task of a Therapist is precisely to find and eliminate this particular dysfunction, restore the overall balance of the body and normalize the biomechanics of the joints. And only after that the Therapist works locally with the joint itself.

The impact is carried out with the help of specific techniques produced by hands, most often soft and painless. They are aimed at eliminating tension and restoring mobility. The joint begins to work fully again. The very preconditions for the onset of the disease are eliminated.

Don’t let the pain limit your mobility! We can determine the cause of your pain and help you  correct the mechanical  imbalance so that you can move around with confidence and comfort.
